Executive coaching
Executive coaching for founders and leaders
The person, not just the plan. One-to-one coaching for founders and senior leaders, and facilitation for leadership teams, from a qualified executive coach who has sat in the operator’s seat.

- You're stepping into a bigger role and want a sharper sense of how you lead.
- There's an idea or venture you keep putting off.
- Your leadership team is talented, but not aligned.
What I do
What's included
I am a qualified executive performance coach, trained at Henley Business School, and have coached leaders in business and in the charity sector to identify and achieve powerful goals. I aim to unlock the abilities and potential that every person has.
By helping my clients do the best thinking they can, I support them to first gain insight into their own patterns of attitude, belief and behaviour, and then make the change that is important to them. Most of the value is in understanding what someone actually needs, as opposed to what they came in asking for.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is executive coaching?
A structured series of one-to-one conversations that help a leader think clearly about their goals, patterns and choices, and then act on them. The coach's job is to ask the questions that move your thinking on, not to supply the answers.
How is coaching different from consulting or mentoring?
A consultant or mentor tells you what they would do. A coach helps you work out what you will do. I do both kinds of work, and some clients combine them: fractional support for the business, coaching for the person leading it.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What we discuss stays between us. Where a company sponsors coaching, we agree up front what, if anything, is shared, usually only the goals and whether sessions are taking place.
Working on something at the inflection point?
Let's talk about where you are and where you want to get to.
