GTM for EMERGING TECH teams TO go from IDEA to tRACTION TO SCALE

Commercial strategy • GTM design • Founder coaching

I work at the intersection of venture, tokens, and go-to-market strategy, helping Web3 startups navigate the complex path from idea to market adoption. At Outlier Ventures, I lead commercial strategy, build new products, and design investment frameworks that support high-potential teams launching tokens.

My core value-add: Scaling companies and incubating ecosystems—bridging the gap between early-stage traction and long-term sustainability. Whether it's crafting a robust token strategy, structuring a liquidity plan, or aligning incentives between investors, builders, and communities, I focus on what moves the needle.

Currently, I'm building Ascent, Outlier's token launch accelerator, where we work with founders to refine tokenomics, optimize exchange strategies, and prepare for launch. Alongside this, I’m working on our partnerships strategy, strengthening relationships with exchanges, market makers, and funds.
